Refund Policy
When you use a credit (an unused check) to generate a Check-Buy-Drive report, and if that report doesn't contain any historical data (for instance, nothing in the Mileage, Written off and Theft (depending on report type), and Vehicle Details sections of the report) it is considered a “blind-spot report.” Don't worry if this happens, you'll immediately be able to use that unused check on another vehicle.
If you received data, i.e. it wasn't a blind-spot report, you might still be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- There are errors or discrepancies in the report
- You have not received a report
- Other legitimate circumstances
To be eligible, your request for a credit refund must be made within 30 days of using the credit to generate the report. To submit your refund request, email us at reports@checkbuydrive.com with details of the issue. We aim to get back to you within 1 business day, or even sooner if we're sitting around drinking tea!
